Instructions for a Delstar MP3 Player DS-3512
- 1). Remove the plastic cap from the right side of the MP3 player, exposing the device's USB jack. Plug one end of a USB cable into the USB jack. Plug the remaining end of the cable into an unused USB jack on your computer. Browse the contents of your "My Computer" or "Finder" window and open the MP3 player's drive entry.
- 2). Open the folder on your computer that contains your MP3 library. Copy any desired MP3 files from your computer to the MP3 player. Eject or unmount the MP3 player and unplug it from the computer. Replace the plastic cap.
- 3). Find the headphones jack, located on the left side of the MP3 player. Plug your headphones into the headphones jack and put them on. Examine the bottom edge of the device and locate the "HOLD" switch. Set the switch to the "OFF" position.
- 4). Examine the device's front panel and find the "play/pause" button, located to the right of the LCD display. Hold down the "play/pause" button until the LCD display activates. Examine the upper edge of the MP3 player and find the "last," "mode" and "next" buttons, located near the left end of the device. Press the "last" or "next" button until the "MSC" option appears on the screen. Press the "mode" button to confirm your selection.
- 5). Press the "play/pause" button to begin playback. Use the "volume" buttons, located on the upper edge of the MP3 player, near the right end of the device, to adjust the volume setting to the desired level. Use the "last" and "next" buttons to skip ahead or backward to a different track. Press the "play/pause" button to pause playback, if desired. Hold down the "play/pause" button to turn off the device when you are finished.
