Oh, hey how are you guys doing? Well I see that you have joined me for one more show. My name is Keilly Morris, you know Expert Village invited me to come back and do this again for you. Today I am doing something unique, very original, let me just tell you folks, this is something that really inspired me and it's a very classic and traditional dish that seems like almost kind of like every restaurant is serving nowadays. So I don't know, the best thing that excites me is naming my entrees after someone so I am going to, gosh, who should I name this after? You know what, my dad made this phenomenal potato salad when I was growing up so I am going to, dad this is for you, just to give you a little bit about myself, you know a lot of great influences growing up, my mom, my dad, they both, both were chefs in the kitchen and they made some phenomenal stuff which has led me to want to go into the culinary world and after being in there for so long it is like a play, you want to put on a play, so today I am putting on my play, this is Keilly's playhouse, we are serving large Yutan diver's scallops bound and seared in basil and whipped mashed potatoes with a citrus sage butter sauce, so stay tuned, I going to help you join, all right.
