Recently the question came to my attention.
How do i get a commitment phobic lover back? Before we find the solution..
..
Lets look at possible causes.
Maybe you or (they) have seen too many breakups - Its estimated that the current divorce rate in America is at 50%.
Maybe you saw a bad break up or two.
Your friends or maybe your parents or grandparents.
You saw it but no one ever really taught you how to deal with it emotionally.
There is no school on break-ups anywhere.
Perhaps there is a fear of disappointment or failure - "It happened, once but it wont happen again" syndrome.
We have all said it before one time or another.
Commitment is a big responsibility and none of us want to drop the ball.
First off I am not a psychologist or doctor.
Well just say I have had a lot of experience in the rough areas of relationships.
I also learned a lot from a guy I know.
The first piece of advice to get a commitment phobic lover back, is when they announce the break up.
Go along with it.
As a matter of fact, instead of arguing be humble.
Get on their side.
There is a method to the madness.
I know.
Ive been there.
You probably would fly off the handle before the sentence is finished.
But personal experience has taught me what works best is pretty much the total opposite of what the typical reaction would be.
Take whats called the path of least resistance.
Have you ever noticed when someone wants to argue with you and you are just not in the mood.
But it seems like the more you try to avoid the situation the more the person eggs it on.
Same thing.
The point is to act like its not bothering you.
The more resistance you have the more friction you create.
Soon they will see how much they miss you when you tell them you have a lunch date, or a movie night with your anonymous friend.
There is nothing more revealing than when you tell your ex that you went out on a date but you were thinking about them most of the time.
You want to be subtle.
Act casual.
Somewhat nonchalant.
You want to give them just enough to make them want you.
