I am here again to pin point some general issues. Right now, I am thinking about the harassment which is suffered by the working females. This is not limited to some specific kind, there are thousands of ways to harass the females but the reason of doing such acts is the same. The one and only reason is the thinking of males about the females. They can never ever tolerate a female working equal to them and domination of female is also intolerable.

Firstly, as the men have the right to learn work and earn for their family similarly females have the right to learn, though it is not compulsory for them to earn for their families even then if she goes out of home due to any reason, no one has the authority to harass a her. When she is out for work then let her work. Creating disturbances and generating the complex environment for a working lady is not only the violation of her right of security but also an ethical crime.

Females should be provided with a comfortable working environment so they can not get mentally upset because in a male dominating society, it is a hard decision for a female to work outside. If she will remain upset during work, the productivity will definitely be affected and it will surely lead to the official pressure on her mind. There are many other problems which a woman suffers when she is underestimated.

There is a long list of the ways of harassing and a longer list of aftereffects on females. Their family life is disturbed, their behavior towards their family turns negative, their sense of trust gets hurt and their confidence shatters.

Law provides them full security but violators don't bother. The positivity in the society is possible when the citizens are mentally comfortable specially females. The global village is badly affected by the hatred and enmities so it needs the peace now. The comfortable environment is required not only for females but for everybody.
