    • 1). Click the "Start" menu and open "Programs." Find the application you want to launch when the computer starts.

    • 2). Right-click on the program and select "Send to." Click "Desktop (shortcut)."

    • 3). Click the "Start" button again and open the list of programs.

    • 4). Right-click on the folder labeled "Startup" and select "Explore" from the menu that opens. This will open the Startup folder in a separate box.

    • 5). Click the icon for the application you sent to the desktop and drag it into the "Startup" folder. The program will now launch automatically when the computer starts.
