These matches are not very definitive.
In any season, brides can wear any dress made from any material.
The essential point would be the design, length and style.

Lace is one common fabric many brides wear.
It is elegant and will suit almost any design.
Lave will itch so you need inside lining to feel comfortable in it.
It will suit only designs that require extensive lining.
It can not be worn tight on the body as it is not flexible.
The design that best fit lace is the bell bottomed traditional wedding wear.
It also suits the heavy bosomed and the full figure women.
Chiffon is another type of fabric used by fashion designers to create bridal wear.
Chiffon is very flexible but will wobble on slim people.
You will have to be heavy figured to look good in chiffon.
It is suitable for elegant styles and formal weddings.
Silk is for the slender.
It can be worn tight to the body and will suit a bridal dress that has less adornment.
This kind of fabric suits a wedding with a casual theme.
Satins are very good.
They are shiny, heavy and flamboyant.
They are best used for bell-bottom gowns and A Line dresses.
Satins however tend to wrinkle too much and as the bride keeps getting up and down, the dress would look crumpled.
Satins are very cheap.
The fabric you choose will depend on so many actors.
The weather is one.
If you were holding your event in winter, you would need a heavy fabric whilst summer will call for something light.
Your body type would also determine which type of fabric to go for.
