Obama's Birth Certificate
Due to the fact that their are still a few true Americans left in this country, Americans that will defend our way of life, and the constitution of this country, all is not lost yet, Obama is facing another decision on his birth eligibility to be president of this country.
The Department Of Justice sent it's attorneys in to do battle on this issue, and their main argument was that the president is above the law, and no court can pass judgement on him, the USJF was there to defend America against certain death of it's way of life.
The DOJ told the supreme court judge that was ruling over the case, that he didn't have the power to force a president to do anything, however the USJF argued that under the constitution of this country, if Obama is not eligible to be the president, then technically he is not the sitting president.
The USJF argued that in this circumstance the courts had the right to defend our country, and it's constitution, to which the supreme court judge agreed, and has taken it under consideration, rather then just throwing it out, claiming that it had no merits.
In the past every time this has come to court, it has been thrown out based on merits, saying his birth status doesn't matter, I figured that 's what would keep happening, but obviously this judge is a true American, a person who cares about our country and it's way of life, he cares about our constitution.
After the judge is done mulling over the arguments from both sides in court, he will make a ruling to either side with the DOJ basically saying that nobody can touch a president, even if he doesn't belong in office by law, or he will choose the side of the USJF, and our constitution.
This is a huge step forword in the battle to make Obama prove that he has the right to be a president of this country under the constitution, or if he does not, if the DOJ loses their argument in court, the USJF will file paperwork with the court to make Obama provide the proof that he should have provided in the first place.
We all need to hope that they will make him prove that he has the right to be a president of this country, like every other president in the past, we all know that Obama doesn't like our constitution, because he keeps trying to change it in his favour.
I'm not saying thay Barack Obama isn't a legal president under the constitution, I'm saying that he should not be above proving that he is a leagal president, the fact that he keeps hiding behind the presidency so he doen't have to provide proof is what worries me.of is what worries me.
No president should be above the constitution of this country, and that fact that is is doing just that proves that he has something to hide, and he's hiding it form the American people, doing this plays us all for the fool, and proves his point, that Americans don't listen, and learn.

We all know that in our constitution it says that to be president, you must be born in this country, and therefore it stands to reason that a birth certificat should be required to even run for president, let a lone take the office of president.
It would be nice to be above the law of the land, and not required to prove anytning to become president, then anybody coule do it, but a birth certificate is required, at least by the contitution of this country, and Obama is not above that.
I truely hope that they push this to the next level, I think that a president should not circumvent any of the laws of this land, but most of all those written in our constitution, so I say to Obama, either put up your birth certificate, or take your lumps.
