    • 1). Dip a cotton swab into denatured alcohol. Rub the polyurethane glue with the cotton swab.

    • 2). Pour 1 tsp. of denatured alcohol on the dried polyurethane glue. Wait one hour for the denatured alcohol to dissolve the glue.

    • 3). Scrape up the glue with a putty knife. Wipe down the area with a paper towel to remove excess glue.

    • 4). Sand the area with a piece of fine-grit sandpaper to remove any excess glue.

    • 5). Wipe off the area to remove the sandpaper grit.
