• Make a pair of earrings out of two slot machine tokens. Use a drill to put a hole in each one; make sure the spot you pick matches on both. The hole should be toward the rim of the token. Purchase earring wires at a craft store and put them through the holes. You now have a one-of-akind pair of earrings that can become the recipient's "lucky charm."
  
  You can drill a hole in one token and you can use it for a necklace. You can get a jewelry clasp at a craft shop and attach it to a reasonably priced chain. This can also be done as a charm for a bracelet.
  
  You can take a token with a drilled hole and attach it to a piece of string. This gag gift you can call "free plays", suggesting that the player pull it back out after they put it into the slot machine. It't won't work in the slot machine, but it makes a great gag gift.
  
  

Store-Brought Gags

• Fill a basket with gag gifts for the slot machine gambler. You can call it the "slot machine survival kit." For the true die-hard slot machine player, it takes an act of God to get him out of his seat.
  
  The basket can be filled with things to "help" in his determination to not leave his machine, even for a bathroom break: a blow-up donut to sit on, an adult diaper and a package of caffeine pills woul fit this theme, along with a bottle of vitamins and a sling for the tired arm that pulls the machine's lever.
