• Bring the extravagance of a European spa to your birthday party with a full-service, in-home spa treatment party for you and your friends. To make the experience authentic, hire a variety of treatment professionals to provide services to your guests.
  
  For example, hire a masseuse to provide relaxing massages during the party. Purchase aromatic, luxurious lotions and oils that your masseuse can use on your guests for the massage. You can also choose between full-body massages to neck, shoulders, head and hand massages.
  
  Additionally, while one guest is getting a massage, invite a manicurist to give guests a mani-pedi. Also, you could either hire a facialist to rejuvenate guest's skin or you could simply purchase special facial products from your dermatologist and allow your guests to slather the product on their own faces.

Pre-Teen Nail and Hair Sleepover Birthday Party

• If you have young ladies in elementary, middle or high school, they can also experience a spa party. Give your guests the gift of a mani-pedi and invite your favorite manicurist to your home to sculpt and paint everyone's nails. Your manicurist should arrive with a wide variety of polishes, but let the guests know they can bring their own polish, if they choose.
  
  While some of the girls are having their nails done, include a hair stylist to provide blowouts and hair styling to your guests. Be sure your stylist arrives with brushes, hair dryer, hair pieces, accessories and cape. Ask if the stylist has special hairsprays for fun hairstyles, such as wash out glitter spray and colored spray.

  If your surgeon has the license to provide a home visit for your party, ask about which treatments she will perform and agree on a price beforehand. Create an inviting atmosphere with plenty of candles, soft music, champagne, chilled spring water and chocolate-covered strawberries. Bring out the birthday cake after everyone has had their treatment to celebrate looking one year younger.
