How to Rotate a Video on Windows Media Player

    • 1). Import the video into Windows Media Player.

    • 2). Drag the video to the "Movie Maker Timeline" at the bottom of the window and drop it there. This will allow you to edit the video.

    • 3). Go to the "Tools" menu and select "Video Effects." The "Video Effects" window will open.

    • 4). Click on "Rotate 90" and drag it onto the video in the timeline to rotate it 90 degrees to the right. Click on "Rotate 270" and drag it onto the video to rotate it 270 degrees, to the left.

    • 5). Go to the "File" menu and select "Save Movie File." Follow the steps in the "Save Movie Wizard" to save the video.
