How to Make a Formed Tool Case
- 1). Buy a rolling tote bag that opens from the top. Find pieces of scrap wood to use for the frame and dividers. Ready additional materials.
- 2). Take four pieces of wood about 1 foot long and nail together to make a wood frame. Put the frame on top of a wood base and nail together to make a wooden box. Repeat this step three times to create three small wooden boxes.
- 3). Place small wood dividers into each box and nail into place. This creates compartments inside of your wooden boxes. Repeat this step for all three wooden boxes.
- 4). Places all tools accordingly into each compartment. Place any nails or other small tools inside of the plastic containers. Then insert the small plastic containers into each wooden box accordingly.
- 5). Open the rolling tote bag and slide the first wooden box into place. Press a piece of foam over the tray to keep all tools in place. Repeat this process for all three wooden boxes.
