Michelle Simonson, 28, a special education teacher in Oxford Township, Michigan, was arrested after allegedly sending over 50 sexually explicit messages and a topless photo of herself to a 14 year old student.

According to investigators, Simonson sent the special needs student messages and the photo during the fall of 2008. After an invitation from her to meet him outside of school, the boy became uncomfortable with the relationship and asked her to stop.

Simonson, who is married, admitted to sending messages as a result of her efforts to help him as a student got out of hand.

On August 7, 2009, Simonson was booked and charged with enticing a minor for immoral purposes and distributing sexually explicit material to a minor and later released on a $1500 bond.
