Device Limits and Office 365 Subscriptions
Microsoft has placed device limits, or a number of devices on which the same plan can be used, for Office 365 subscriptions. For reference, many of the Office 365 monthly or annual plans have a limit of five devices. Thankfully, Office Mobile for Android app installations do not count against these limits.
Most Office 365 subscription plans should integrate with the Office Mobile for Android app, including Office 365 University (limited to two mobile devices, not the more usual five).
