Debt settlement is the common issue for all the people in our country.
Many people are in massive debts for many years.
People used plastic money knowing it as easy money.
The recession also made it difficult to pay back against loans.
The recession decreases the purchasing power of consumer and increases the prices of household items.
This is an economy circle and every thing is attached with each other.
If consumer is in trouble then the whole circle is in disturbance.
Many people selected traditional way of bankruptcy for eliminating their debts, which was not a good decision but it was a need of time.
The stimulus cash was introduced by the government to discourage bankruptcy and to provide relief to the consumers.
This was a great help for country's people from the government.
Many people got benefit for this in shape of reduction in their current debts.
The function of stimulus cash is to discourage bankruptcy by giving a positive relief to consumer.
The stimulus cash was injected in the big institutions to recover their losses of bankruptcy and to avoid further loss by promoting debt settlement programs.
After the issuance of stimulus cash the financial institutions are accepting the settlement deals from the consumers.
In simple words, the government has given sufficient cash to banks on behalf of consumers who are unable to pay back in full.
Now the financial institutions are full of stimulus cash and they are welcoming people to pay back either in half or in installments.
The big financial institutions have amended recovery policies after the issuance of stimulus money in which they are reducing debt up to 50% and are discouraging bankruptcy.
Due to stimulus cash reserves this is now possible to get reduction up to 60% with the help of a legitimate debt settlement company.
Now, is it a good decision to go for bankruptcy only for remaining 40%? I do not appreciate those people who are still thinking of bankruptcy and cannot manage to pay 40%.
There is another option for those who go through debt settlement programs.
You can pay remaining 40% or 50% in easy installments.
This is the reason why bankruptcy is discouraged by all.
