$500 Plus A study found that on any given time the average women will have over 500 dollars worth of cosmetics and hair care products in their possession.
You see women always want to feel good and look good.
I'm not surprised.
In my bathroom I have less than 10 items for my personal hygiene and the rest is for my wife.
I don't have a problem with that.
I'm just amazed at so many products she has.
They do serve different purpose: Anti-aging supplies, make-up, perfumes, you name it - shes' got it.
There's even products for nails and she's got to have something for the hair, as well.
Lately though we have a conversation about her hair.
She noticed that there is not much on her hair brush like it used to.
Her hair is healthy looking and shiny.
Could it be the new shampoo she's been using.
Or, the food as we try to eat healthier lately? Hair Loss Then I've read something about men and hair loss.
Briefly it mentioned something that made sense and may have answered our question - about her hair.
Ten years ago, 60 per cent of leading trichologist Dr.
David Kingsley's patients were men.
Today, almost 90 percent are female.
"Women are juggling home, work, and children, and the resulting pressure is causing an epidemic of hair loss," he says.
"Women tend to suffer from gradual thinning - where the hair cycle is disturbed by stress or diet.
For example, B vitamins are essential to hair health...
and when we're stressed, these are the first nutrients the body uses up in bucket-loads.
" From that information, I can relate why wife's hair loss stopped or lets just say slowed down.
It's because of the energy drink that she's been taking almost regularly.
Of course she's drinking it for different reasons and not knowing the effect on her hair.
B Vitamins Anyway, these drinks do carry plenty of B vitamins.
A can is packed with lots of B6 and B12.
No carbs, no sugar and very little caffeine unlike those popular brands out in the market.
No jitters or highs and absolutely no crash.
She's been drinking these for quite sometime now, like I do.
I can only speak for myself and you don't have to take my word for it.
But, is it coincidence? I think not.
As the trend continues according to experts, vitamin B and hair loss needs to be given extra attention.
I totally agree but that's my personal opinion.
However, everybody (specially women) wants to be happy and healthy...
and in possession of beauty.
So what's a possible solution? Who would have taught...
that the right energy drink may (actually) help women stop hair loss.
Do your homework though.
Read the labels.
Look for vitamins, minerals and that vitamin B.
