    • 1). Close any currently running programs. Back up your computer system by clicking the Windows "Start" button. Click "All Programs" and click "Accessories," then "System Tools." Click "System Restore" to open the System Restore wizard. Click "Create a Restore Point" and click "Next." Name your restore point and click "Create." Your computer will be backed up using a restore point you can come back to in case you make a mistake.

    • 2). Click the Windows "Start" button and click the "Control Panel." Click "Add or Remove Programs" or "Programs" (Windows Vista users). Scroll through the programs window and click " NowFixPC." Click "Remove/Uninstall" to remove this program from your computer.

    • 3). Click the Windows "Start" button and click "Run" or "Start Search" (Windows Vista users). Type "taskmgr" (without quotes) and press "Enter" to open the Task Manager.

    • 4). Click the "Processes" tab to show the running processes on your computer. Scroll down and click "Repair Registry Pro.exe." Click "End Process."

    • 5). Double-click "My Computer" on the desktop and double-click the "C:" drive. Double-click the "Program Files" folder. Locate the NowFixPC.com folder and right-click it. Click "Delete." Empty the recycle bin to complete the removal process.
