    System Requirements

    • First check the component specifications of your computer and confirm they meet the minimum system requirements to run "Cross Fire". The minimum requirements to run "Cross Fire" are a 1.5 GHz Pentium processor; 512MB of RAM; a GeForce 5600 video card (or one that has the same specifications); 1.2GB of free hard disk space; Windows XP, Vista or 7; and Direct X 9.0. You will experience problems running "Cross Fire" on a computer that does not meet these criteria.

    Re-installation

    • When "Cross Fire" doesn't load on your computer, it is often because some files are corrupt or there was a problem with your original installation. Uninstall the program from your computer by clicking on the "Start" button, choosing "All Programs," the ""Cross Fire"" folder and then "Uninstall "Cross Fire"." Then double-click the "Cross Fire" installation icon on your desktop and follow the on-screen instructions to install the game.

    Open Ports

    • Connection issues are common for new "Cross Fire" users. "Cross Fire" requires you to open ports 10009, 13008 and 16666 on your router to connect to the game servers. If you still experience problems connecting to the servers after opening the ports on your router, open the same ports on your firewall.
