How to Get Rid of an Echo on a Solstice AT&T Phone

    • 1). Turn on your Solstice and tap "Settings" on the home screen.

    • 2). Tap "Phone" and then tap "Reset."

    • 3). Tap "Yes" when the warning message appears. You will then be prompted to enter a passcode to reset the unit.

    • 4). Enter "0000" then enter it again when prompted. Confirm the reset when asked. The unit will then turn off and turn back on. This should fix the echo issue.
