Fighting Signs of Aging

Don't we all wish that we could literally reach out to the wall clock and tape the hands of the clock to its surface and stop time from moving on? You don't? Well, maybe you know of some friends who spent every single waking hour looking into the mirror and wishing that there could be a miraculous potion that she can concoct just to turn back her biological clock.
This is what happens when, usually, we hit the thirties and forties.
Unfortunately, I am here to tell your friend that it's not possible and that there is no such potion known to man right now.
I know of a perfume which can make you feel and act younger and it will also make others think of you as attractive...
but nope, no magical potion to reverse time yet.
The sun is one of the biggest aging motivators - the more hours you spend under the hot sun, the more harm you're doing to your skin.
It's like putting your skin into an oven...
not a nice proposition I would say and you would have to agree.
In order to stay young (and feel young), you'll need to do some of these basics: Eating Young In Order To Feel And Look Younger Admit it, many of us have heard of this many times over...
from friends, family, grandmother and probably from a doctor as well, but very few of us actually make an effort to change the way we eat in an effort to look and feel younger than our real age.
It's no secret that people who eat a lot of vegetables, fish and fruits have fewer problems like aging skin, dull skin tone, blemishes and the much-feared wrinkles.
Some of the food that we should consciously include in our diet is cold-water fish, fruits and vegetables of different colors, turmeric, cumin, cinnamon and grains.
Needless to say, in order to look young, we'd have to drink lots of water to keep, not only our body, but also our skin young.
Scratch Stress Out Of Your List Of To-Dos We cannot totally eliminate stress from our lives because if we're without stress, we'd be either babies or six feet underground! But a conscious effort to relax and chill out should be made because every second you spend being stressed out, a mark is left behind and in the most important part of your body too - your face.
So, at the end of a hard-working day, take some time off to chill out and be with yourself for once.
Be selfish and kind to yourself, love yourself and think of de-stressing as an important part of your daily routine.
Stress produces cortisol and it is a kind of hormone that promotes breakdown of tissue and restrains the production of collagen..
..
which is really, REALLY important for your skin.
And remember, in order to look and feel young, you can always try smelling young with an anti-aging perfume.
