How to Set the C Drive Repair in Windows XP

1). Open the Start Menu and click "Run."
2). Type "cmd.exe" and press "Enter" or click "OK."
3). Type "chkdsk c: /r" and press "Enter."
4). Type "yes" to confirm that you want to schedule chkdsk to run when the computer reboots.
5). Restart your computer at your convenience and chkdsk runs when it starts back up.
