Volume Button

• 1). Hold the phone with the screen facing you.
  
  
• 2). Locate the volume buttons on the left-side of the phone.
  
  
• 3). Press up on the button to increase the sound.
  
  
• 4). Press down on the button to decrease the sound.
  
  

Keypad

• 1). Slide open the phone to expose the keypad.
  
  
• 2). Press the "OK" button on the keypad.
  
  
• 3). Highlight "Settings & Tools" and press "OK."
  
  
• 4). Press the "4" key to access "Sound Settings."
  
  
• 5). Press the "4" key to access "Keypad Volume."
  
  
• 6). Press the volume key on the side of the phone to adjust the volume up or down.
  
  
• 7). Press "OK" to save your settings.
