For example, fad diets may help you see some very good gains in a short time period; however, the amount of time in which you hold onto those gains will also be short.

Build Up Gradually - When it comes to exercise, many people create outrageous plans and set themselves up for failure right from the get go.
Instead, a better alternative is to start slow and build yourself up as you go.
Once you feel comfortable at a certain point, increase your workload.
By doing this you are setting yourself up for long term success.

Avoid Soda - Although soda tastes great and is a great addition to your lunch or dinner, it needs to go.
Soda is absolutely full of sugar which will quickly turn into fat on your body.
The best alternative is water.
However, you may also include a diet variety of soda in your diet.
3.
Reward Yourself - Once a fortnight let yourself eat one meal of food that you shouldn't eat.
Now, in saying this you shouldn't go and eat 3 large pizzas and a couple of your favorite burgers.
Instead, you should eat a small portion of something that you enjoy once a fortnight.
By allowing yourself this, you're giving yourself something to look forward to and as a result you will be less likely to cheat throughout the week.
