If you can pinch more than an inch all the way around your mid section, what you have my friend is called Love Handles.
Sounds all warm and cozy, doesn't it? Well, don't get too comfortable with these love handles because you will find that they will rapidly grow and grow until those love handles turn into a spare tire and then that spare tire turns into an inner tube, etc.
, etc.
If you don't know how to lose the spare tire, you have come to the right place because here is where you will learn how to lose the love handles.
Are you ready for the answer? It's easy..
..
sweat.
Doesn't sound too hard, right? Well, the only way that you are going to sweat is if your heart rate increases at a rapid and consistent rate and the only way that will happen, is through the dreaded word...
exercise.
That's right, exercising is the only way to get rid of those pesky love handles and get you on the road to achieving sexy 6 pack abs.
Exercising does not have to be done inside of a gym, but some sort of exercise regimen should be done every single day.
That is not to say that you need to spend hours and hours every day working out.
Try to devote 3-4 days of intense cardio every week and the other days, hop on the treadmill for 20 minutes or go for a brisk walk to maintain your body tone.
On the days of a more intense work out, you want to do be as consistent as you can.
Repetition is the key to getting a smaller waistline and achieving good muscle tone.
Doing a couple of sets will not get you your desired results.
Repeating your exercise over and over again is the only way to look exactly the way that you want to.
When you are working on eliminating your love handles, doing plenty of crunches and sit ups will tighten your abdominal muscles and help you to lose the desired amount of inches from your waist.
Not knowing how to lose the love handles can be frustrating.
If you are not doing your exercise correctly, you will not see the results you are working so hard for.
Asking a personal trainer to help you will let you know if you are doing something wrong as well as give you pointers on extra things you can do at home that will help you until you can get back into the gym.
