Exhale all the air, slowly, as much as you can, until your belly muscles get hard.
Stop breathing when you exhale and squeeze the muscles even more.
Stay like this for 7-10 seconds.
Inhale slowly.
Repeat this exercise for 3-4 times, to get a total exercise of about 3 minutes.
When you're doing this for the first time, it might be harder for you to squeeze the muscles and stay without breathing for 7-10 seconds.
If so, do that for 4-5 seconds until you feel comfortable with 7-10 seconds.
