How to Sync a Calendar to a PDA
- 1). Access the Microsoft website and download Windows Mobile Device Center (see Resources). Install the program by following the installation prompts. During installation, select the option to add a shortcut for the program on your computer's desktop.
- 2). Connect the PDA to the computer using a USB or data cable. Close any pop-up windows that appear when it is connected.
- 3). Click "Start," then "All Programs" and locate "Windows Mobile Device Center." Wait for the program to recognize your PDA.
- 4). Click "Set Up Your Device," then check the "Calendar" box. Select any other content you want to sync by checking the boxes next to each item. Click "Next."
- 5). Enter a name for your PDA if you desire, then click "Next." Syncing should automatically begin.
- 6). Disconnect the PDA from the computer when syncing is complete.
