PC games are one of the most popular formats in the World, but unfortunately, they still come as a CD or DVD, which can easily get scratched and damaged.

Because many people have tried to copy these games illegally, many game manufacturers have actually gone to great lengths to prevent their games from being copied.
They have done this by encrypting their games so that only special module in Windows can read them.
This means that when you try and copy the games with a standard DVD copying device, it won't be able to understand what's on the disc, and won't copy it properly.
This is a big problem, because it means that if you want to back up your game CDs, you won't be able to - because they are encrypted in a language that hardly any tools and methods can understand.
However, there is a way to copy these games perfectly.
You just need to be able to get a tool which is able to read the encrypted content and then copy the disc perfectly, making Windows think that you're playing the original, even though you're using a copy.
The important thing is that you are able to make a perfect 1:1 copy of the game, otherwise it won't work.
