How Early is Too Early When it Comes to Premature Ejection?

We have all heard the old adage "To be early is to be on time and to be on time is to be late.
" However, there are a few situations in life that call for a little extra time.
Many women would argue that the bedroom is one such place.
However, they may be surprised to learn that when it comes to premature ejection, even if the man doesn't last as long as they would like, he's probably making it longer than he is meant to.
One of the biggest problems women have with men is premature ejection and the reason this is such a big complaint is that a woman's body is tailored much differently than a man's.
Typically, it takes much longer for the average woman to come to climax than it does a man.
This gap can even span up to a half hour in difference.
Surprisingly, on average, men last about as long as six minutes, which falls well short of the time most women need to reach their peak.
This is totaling the total time a man spends inside the woman.
This can lead to feelings of inadequacy and women left unsatisfied, when biologically speaking, men are lasting as long as they typically should, though not as long and women would realistically like them to.
One of the best solutions for dealing with this trouble is starting external and internal stimulation of the woman well before actual intercourse.
This helps to make sure both parties end up satisfied.
Ideally, if the couple can get the timing correct, they can reach climax together.
Sometimes, however, if a man can only last for less than a minute and a have, then he may be able to be categorized as prematurely ejaculating.
Some speculate that most of the issues are psychological and while someone that perhaps lasts only a minute and a half and feels he can perform well in this span of time may have less of a problem than a man that lasts for three minutes and feels like he is poorly supplying pleasure.
All in all, as long as the participants are satisfied, then there is a job well done.
The most effective treatment and best starting point for any sexual problem is strong and open communication.
After all, if you're being open with your legs, it's a very good idea to also be open with your mind.
