How I Lost Weight Doing Nothing but Making a Decision

I had to lose weight many times in my life. However, one thing that I'm constantly remembered off, which produced the best results, is taking away the input of sweets and candies.

When I was a kid I used to eat a lot. And by eating a lot, I don't mean the healthy food. I mean eating junk sweets and candies. I remember how my mom used to tell me to stop looking at the fridge all the time. And I never listened.

Then, one day, I decided to stop. I know this was a hard decision, but I knew that If continued on, I would have never gotten rid of my belly. I was a kid then, and this was simple kid logic. Now that I'm a grown up, I tend to complicate things in my life. And that's the problem of many adults with weight problems. They tend to complicate things a lot.

It all comes down to your mind. Are you being aware that you wont lose weight magically over night ? Are you really being aware of it ? That no magic pills will ever help you lose weight? What I'm trying to say is, stop dreaming and make a decision in your life, there is nothing else. Make a decision that you will change your lifestyle for good.

This decision doesn't even have to be so radical at start. You don't have to cut down your meals by sixty percent. You just have to decide that you will take, for example, less candies, and that you wont be a slave of your belly every time it seeks for food anymore.

Simple decisions make or break your life. Making a decision and keeping it is the key to weight loss. Stop buying into commercials that promise you weight loss over night, it just won't happen.
