    PSP 2000

    • The PSP 2000 features a 333 MHz 128-bit processor, 64 MB RAM, and a 4.3-inch TFT active-matrix LCD display with a resolution of 480-by-272. The PSP 2000 features IEEE 802.11 wireless Internet connectivity, a memory stick duo slot, internal rechargeable battery and stereo speakers.

    PSP 3000

    • With technical specifications almost identical to the PSP 2000, the PSP 3000's main technical difference is the included built-in microphone. While the LCD is the same size and resolution as the previous model, it's color gamut is wider and it features anti-reflection technology to help fight glare.

    PSP 3000 Differences

    • The PSP 3000 has more vivid, detailed colors, less ghosting (motion blur) and is more suitable for playing outdoors than the PSP 2000. You can also plug composite cables into the PSP 3000 to play games on your TV or PC monitor, while the PSP 2000 only let you watch PSP UMD movie discs through composite connection. With these improved features and the built-in mic, the PSP 3000's battery life is about 20 minutes less than the PSP 2000.
