How to Cool Off in the Summer
What would you do if you stayed inside on a beautiful day like this? Although it's incredibly hot, at least the sun is out, so might as well do something while it's bright outside.
During summer, there are a couple of must-do activities that you should do and then some, but it's up to you to decide what to do.
Let me give you a head start and help list the things that you can do to beat this heat.
The first obvious thing you can do is go to your local pool.
Instead of hanging around inside your house lollygagging and thinking of things to do, go cool off in a large body of water.
There might be a lot of people there, but take that as an oppurtunity to make some new friends or even a boyfriend/girlfriend.
You never know what you can find when you're out having fun.
If you don't feel like going to your pool, gather up a couple of your friends and go on a road trip to the beach.
Take in some sun, surf the waves, and play some beach volleyball.
At night, the beaches will tend to get cold, so take a jacket or some thick blanket to warm yourself up at night.
While you're there, might as well make some s'mores and have a meaningful conversation, because we definitely don't get a lot of that these days.
If you really want to cool off, go to your local ice skating rink and have fun in there.
Ice skating cools you off and lets you have fun at the same time, and you can also learn a couple of skills while you're there.
If you're a beginner, learn how to ice skate so that you're not the only one left out.
You may fall a lot at first, but it's all part of the learning process.
I'm pretty sure there are many more things you can do instead of swimming and going to the ice rink, but what you do doesn't matter as long as you're having fun.
