Tips for Great Skin Care in Your 30s

Your 20s have passed you by and if you are reading this, you probably never adopted a great skin care regimen. In your 30s now, you're probably seeing a few lines and wrinkles, maybe even age spots. Don't fret about not taking care of your skin. You can reverse the signs of aging and have gorgeous skin even if you did nothing about it until now.
How can I reverse the signs of aging?
Let's start with washing your face every night. I recommend a gentle cleanser like Neutrogena Ultra Sensitive Face Wash. It has no dyes or perfumes and doesn't cause drying. It's also great for oily, dry and normal skin types. It just washes away the dirt and makeup. If you're out shopping for this face wash, go ahead and pick up a natural sea sponge as well. I use one every night to gently scrub away dirt and makeup gently. Do not buy an artificial one because its synthetic material will scratch up your face. They are much too abrasive. If you can't find a sea sponge in stores, buy one online. Amazon.com sells them as an add-on item.
If you wash your face at night, you do not need to wash it in the morning. A simple splash of warm or temperate water and dabbing with a soft towel will do.
Be sure to use a daily moisturizer every day as well. I use the Neutrogena Ultra Sensitive brand that complements the face wash, however, the company no longer makes this product. I found a few bottles on Amazon and bought them. When those run out, I'll be in search of another similar product.
Do you have problems with acne?
At age 30 no one should have problems with acne. It just isn't fair! But if you do, I'd be willing to bet that it is caused by a hormone imbalance like mine. If you tend to get breakouts around the chin, jawline and nose it's a sure bet it's hormonal. I had the same problem until I found a solution from a blog about a woman suffering from acne who tried nearly every possible solution. Luckily she published the one that worked because it also worked for me. There is an estrogen blocking supplement called Estro Block created by Delgado Protocol that will clear up nearly all of those breakouts. I only get a few pimples under the surface around €that time of the month€ now.
I sometimes get an inkling of a breakout once a month, and for that, I use a 10% benzoyl peroxide product. It's the Target brand and costs around $3. This type of product used to dry out my face, make me peel, or worse, not even work on the pimple! Now I use it and the pimples actually dissipate without giving me flaky skin because of my total skin regimen.
But what about my wrinkles?
Okay, the real reason you're here is to learn how to get younger looking skin even though you did nothing before to protect it. First, take my above regimen into consideration for attaining clean, clear skin. Next, you can try what I use every night to fight the signs of aging. I was so excited when I found it, because antiaging creams ALWAYS gave me pimples and made me oily. But not this one! It dries the skin a bit at night as it firms the skin, but using a daily moisturizer every morning balances it out perfectly. It basically holds your face in place at night while infusing your skin with botanicals, antioxidants and collagen and elastin boosting ingredients. It even fades age spots and evens blotchy skin. Right now you can get a $10 coupon for the night cream and even more in-depth tips when you sign up to receive this FREE Skin Care Mini-Series.
