Weight is one of the biggest problem of our society.
One of the main reasons of over weighting is eating junk foods beside of healthy foods, and drink lots of cold drinks beside of drinking water.
We all know that easting of junk foods is not good at all for any person because it is not healthy.
I am not saying that you never ever eat fast food because it is impossible for any person.
I also love fast food, like burgers, sandwiches, pizza.
But my point is if you want to lose weight than first think is, promise yourself that do not eat fast food more than one time in a week.
Then the second and most important thing is drink water as much as you can.
Try to drink 8 to 10 glass in a day because water is very helpful to activate your fat burning system.
Do not eat so much sweet.
Sugar is one of the biggest reason behind fats.
The best tip for avoiding sugar is eat yogurt there are so many tasteful yogurts in the market try to eat them.
Try to breathe deeply in fresh air for at least 1o minute in a day.
Than we come to exercise we all know the importance of exercise it is very good for not just the purpose of lose weight but also for your muscles, and bones.
Exercise keep you healthy and fit, so try to expend at least 30 minute for daily exercise and the best time of exercise is early in the morning and outside the home like any park.
