  Sheet Harbour is a small community on the eastern shore of the province of Nova Scotia in Canada. Founded by Loyalist refugees and British veterans of the American Revolutionary War, Sheet Harbour has rugged and scenic terrain with an economy based on tourism, fishing and forestry. Fairwinds Motel & Restaurant

• The Fairwinds Motel & Restaurant located on the oceanfront in Sheet Harbour, is open throughout the year. The rooms all have two double beads with a private baths. Though only a limited number of rooms have an ocean view, they all have Canadian Broadcast TV, radios and phones as well as in-room high speed Internet access. The restaurant offers casual dining with a full menu and has a bar with a deck overlooking the harbor. Serving guests for the last 17 years, the Fairwinds does not allow smoking and pets.

• The Liscombe Lodge Resort and Conference Centre is located in nearby Liscomb Mills. Amenities include hairdryers, coffee makers, phones, wireless Internet in the lobby and cable TV. The resort has also some cottages and chalets equipped with fireplaces and verandas. The Liscombe Lodge also has a dining room and lounge. No smoking is allowed. Clam Harbour Beach Motel

• Located in nearby Lake Charlotte, the Clam Harbour Beach Motel has nine fully renovated units with private baths, cable TV, DVD, Internet access and free movies. Formerly called Webber's Motel, the Clam Harbour Beach Motel is adjacent to Memory Lane Heritage Village and 12-mile-long Lake Charlotte. Pets are welcome. As of 2010 double-occupancy rooms are listing at $75 per night.
