What is needed is about six small meals a day.

You can plan your meals ahead.
For example you could cook chicken breast.
Cut in 2oz servings.

They have the butter you can sprinkle on in the grocery store that gives you flavor and is easy to consume.
If you have to eat out, order a salad with a no-fat dressing.
You could have some chicken or beef strips on your salad.
