How Do I Track Phone Calls over VoIP?
- 1). Log in to the VoIP account management page. A user must generate a user name and password when initially installing the VoIP software. Go to the VoIP provider homepage and select "My Account/Login." Enter the user name and password to access the account management page. If the user name is forgotten, enter the telephone number associated with the account.
- 2). Select "Recent Activity" or "Call Overview" to access call activity. Specific dates may be requested to initiate the search process. By default, calls made and received in the last seven days are displayed.
- 3). Review desired calls. Set preferences such as incoming or outgoing for a more detailed list.
