How to Email a Single Access Form
- 1). Open Microsoft Access. Open the form from which you want to email a single record.
- 2). Navigate to the record in the form that you want to email. Select that record by clicking on the selection bar, which is the vertical bar along the left side of the form with a small white arrow near the top.
- 3). Go to the "File" menu and click "Send To" in Access 2003. In Access 2007, click the "Office Button" and select "Email." Click "Mail Recipient (As Attachment)."
- 4). Select "HTML (*.htm; *.html)" in the "Send Object As" dialog box. Click "Selection" in the "Output" box. Click "OK" and then click "OK" again.
- 5). Enter the email address for the person to whom you want to email the form. Enter a subject and message if desired. Send the email message to the recipient.
