Recently when I was going through a forum, I read a post where a patient was much disappointed by her visible scars after upper eyelid surgery.
Then there were many posts following her post with similar problem.
I thought about checking Google where I can get some surgeons who can do eyelid surgery without scars.

Google is like a magic box, I clicked the submit button and got many results.
But I was very enthusiastic to see the first result where a cosmetic surgeon is claiming that he mixes technology with art while doing blepharoplasty and he claims that he does blepharoplasty without visible scars.
First of all I thought hey wait it may be impossible but then after going through his video, I was in love with the procedure he does and thought of writing an article about that so people can know.
Blepharoplasty is a common word for both upper and lower eyelid surgery.
So, I will explain both the procedures separately.
Upper Eyelid Surgery: In the words of cosmetic surgeon "I keep the line of incision or scar inside the natural crease of the eye, even if your eyes are open and looking at somebody they cannot easily see the incision.
So, even when the eyes are closed it should be very hard to tell.
Lot of referrers comes to me who likes the design of our incision.
The part of art is to hide the incisions in right place.

Some times when I still have to remove the skin under eyes, I do incision under eye lashes where there is a natural line.
If you look in mirror you will notice a natural line.

He also said that "Most important thing is blepharoplasty should be done well and that it be done safe that you get natural results with minimal scars".
So, that's it, whenever you go for blepharoplasty talk with your surgeon about these God made lines (natural creases).
So, that you have a very good eyelid surgery but no one can figure it out until you tell them.
