Moisturizer For Acne Prone Skin

If you need some moisturizers, Skin MD Natural and CereVe is your ticket.
I have tried both and they work well.
Fast absorption and redness reduction...
as well being pretty much odorless.
Try them...
if those don't do the job I don't know what will.
If you have been dealing with acne for awhile and you want to try and cut down on the chemicals I have listed some tips and a daily regime that has worked for me: 1) Don't wash ALL the time.
Just wash once a day.
Not three times a day facial scrubs.
You dry out your skin if you wash too much.
Acne comes back stronger if the skin get too dry.
Wash before bed so you are clean the next day.
2) I avoid hot and warm water.
It's an irritant...
and again it dehydrates (drys) skin.
Cool short showers.
3) I relax on the creams or eliminate if you can.
I use a moisturizer for acne prone skin...
the Skin MD Natural or CeraVe when I'm itchy or going to be in the sun.
I don't want to add any more variables to my skin than is necessary.
I try to leave it alone as much as possible.
The above is something that works for me.
But everyone is different.
Another thing.
You will get all different kinds of recommendations out there...
what works and what doesn't.
The reality is that everyone has different skin and there's no way to know what works for YOU unless you try it yourself.
If you let everyone scare you to death or change your mind you wind up doing nothing.
And that never helps.
